The Move to Canada: A Craving That Couldn’t Be Ignored
Years later, when I moved to Canada, I missed the bold flavors of home. There were no stores where I could buy chicken pickles. I started experimenting, watching countless YouTube tutorials, tweaking recipes, and testing batches in my tiny kitchen. Some were too sour, some too spicy… but finally, after months of trial and error, I nailed it—the perfect balance of heat, tang, and nostalgia.
